Nose: Pleasant earthiness. Heather. Some malt, hints of sherry.
Colour: Dark gold.
Taste: Some initial sherry. Very smooth. Heather-honey sweetness. Pineapple. Ever so gentle smoke. Delicious.
Finish: Medium. Glorious Highland Park peat. Very dry.
Summary: A great dram! Reasonably complex and incredibly well-balanced bit of everything. The HP smoke is extraordinary!
